Edinburgh Innovations runs a free service at the University of Edinburgh to support any student or recent graduate (two years post-graduation) who want to explore ideas, start a project, work freelance or turn an idea into something real, whatever your subject, experience or starting point. Join us for one of our events, competitions and programmes, benefit from one-to-one business advice and make the most of our online resources.

Sandbox Turn big ideas into real-world solutions. Sandbox is a fast-paced, hands-on challenge where you’ll tackle a real industry problem and explore how ideas become startups. Get a crash course on how an idea becomes a startup.
