No. You don’t require any experience or knowledge in entrepreneurialism to get involved in our service. That’s what we’re here for. We have a range of events, competitions, programmes and more to help you gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence you need to take your idea or startup to the next level. Whether you have no idea where to start or you already have your enterprise. How much does the service cost? It’s free! We don’t charge for any of our activities. If I use this service will Edinburgh Innovations own part of the startup? No. We take no stake in your enterprise at all. As part of the University of Edinburgh our aim is to inspire and equip all students and recent graduates with entrepreneurship skills to solve some of the world's biggest challenges. I'm interested in freelancing: can I still use this service? Absolutely. We are the freelance support at the University and can help you understand more about the world of freelancing. I'm not studying a business degree, does that matter? Any and all students and recent graduates from the University of Edinburgh are encouraged to get involved, no matter what you study.
